The UINL Human Rights Commission presents its new Guide to good notarial practices to ensure legal certainty in matters of cross-border parental authority.
In this guide, the Commission, chaired by Spanish notary Almudena Castro-Girona Martínez, focuses in particular on two social realities:
– the international mobility of minors and their parents;
– the issue of children without identity.
