The Institute for European Notarial Research and Studies (IRENE), in cooperation with the Hungarian Chamber of Civil Law Notaries (MOKK) and the Henri Capitant Association, is organising a conference on “Matrimonial Property Law Involving a Cross-Border Element in Notarial Practice”. The event will take place on Monday, 26 October 2026, at the headquarters of the Hungarian Chamber of Civil Law Notaries in Budapest.
The proceedings will be held in Hungarian, French and English, with simultaneous interpretation.
