On the occasion of the first plenary session of the European Affairs Commission (CAE) in Tbilisi (Georgia), the President of the UINL, David Figueroa Márquez, and CAE President Valentina Rubertelli, met with the President of the Chamber of Notaries of Georgia, Ms Ekaterine Nandoshvili, and her team.
This very cordial meeting provided an opportunity to exchange on the competences of the Georgian notariat (family law, matrimonial property regimes, succession law, donations, real estate law, etc.) as well as on its ongoing projects, foremost among which is the digitalisation of notarial services.
