The International Union of Notaries (UINL) is happy to invite you to its 31st International Congress of Notaries!
It will take place in Berlin (Germany) from October 2 to 4, 2025, thanks to the kind invitation of the German Chamber of Notaries.
This Congress will bring together notaries from around the world and offer a unique platform for analysis, debate, and exchange of experiences on the following general theme:
THE NOTARIAL PROFESSION ON THE MOVE – New technologies – New roles
The sessions will address two major thematic areas:
• Theme I: New Tools – New Frontiers
Notaries at the heart of a digital system fit for the future: achievements and innovations to keep pace with technological developments.
• Theme II: Non-contentious proceedings: new roles at the service of the public
Notaries at the heart of a modern legal system: what skills are needed to keep pace with social and economic change?
Additionally, the Congress will present the work carried out within the framework of the UINL World Notariat University during the 2023–2025 term, focused on the topic:
“Respecting public policy: an essential mission of the notariat, a constant challenge for the notary”
The Congress will conclude with an International Forum dedicated to the theme:
“The Values of Continental Law – Protection, Prevention, Pacification”.
