On October 1, 2025, the Assembly of Member Notariats, meeting in Berlin (Germany), elected the next President of the International Union of Notaries for the 2026-2028 term: David Figueroa Márquez, notary in Mexico.
He will take office on January 1, 2026.
David Figueroa Márquez has been president of the Mexican Notariat, president of the UINL’s American Affairs Commission (CAAm), and a member of the UINL’s Steering Committee.
