The Mongolian Notariat was founded in 1925 and is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
To mark this anniversary, the CAAs President, Mongolian notary Bayanjargal Chadraabal convened the Asian Affairs Commission (CAAs) in Ulaanbaatar on 26 and 27 June 2025.
The meeting programme included a wide-ranging discussion on “Legal Regulations and Practical Implementation of Remote Notarization” and the latest legal developments in Asian notariats.
On the occasion of this event, UINL President Lionel Galliez and Secretary General Thierry Vachon were received by the Minister of Justice of Mongolia.
Prior to their visit to Mongolia, they had stopped off in Beijing to meet the Chinese notariat and the Chinese Minister of Justice, Mrs HE Rong.
