For the current legislature (2018), the main theme will be: Autonomy of the will.
This general theme will be dealt with by the participants around the following four sub-themes (the “modules”), attributed to the teachers chosen as follows:
– Module 1: Persons – Professor Christine MORIN (Quebec) – will teach courses mainly in French;
– Module 2: Family – Professor Christina ARMELLA (Argentina) – will teach courses mainly in Spanish;
– Module 3: Estate – Professor Luc WEYTS (Belgium) – will provide courses mainly in English;
– Module 4: Succession – Professor Michel GRIMALDI (France) – will teach courses mainly in French.
