The President of the UINL, David Figueroa, participated in the 5th International Congress JURISCUBA 2026, held from 2 to 6 February 2026 at the Convention Centre in Havana, Cuba. This event, organised by the Cuban Ministry of Justice, was held under the theme ‘Legal culture as a guarantee of rights’.
