Noticias Notaries Beyond Frontiers: a training programme for notaries in European family law
04/06/2019 Coordinated by the Catholic University of Lyon (UCLY), the European project Notaries Beyond Frontiers associates the Notarial Center of European Law (ACENODE), the Notaries' Orders of Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Milan and the Netherlands.
With a European dimension, it aims to help implement the European regulations (2016/1103 matrimonial regimes & 2016/1104 registered partnerships) relating to European couples, entered into force on 29 January 2019 (source : NBF website)
The project is funded for a period of two years (1 October 2018 - 30 September 2020) by the European Union’s Justice Programme.
