News *Save the date!* 29th International Congress of Notaries, Jakarta, Indonesia, 27-30 November 2019
03/09/2018 The 29th International Congress of Notaries will be held in Jakarta (Indonesia) from 27 to 30 November 2019.
This triennial meeting of the world Notariat, bringing together the 87 Members of the UINL and notaries of all the continents, is the opportunity to study legal topics of interest for the Notariat and to offer a forum of discussion and exchanges of experiences between all members of the profession.
The International Congress is held every three years and leads to the issuance of recommendations to National Chambers and Councils of the Notariats Members, with the objective of constant improvment of the notarial service and institution in the world.
The topics of study of the 29th Congress are:
- Theme I: "Validity of the Notariat's Principles in the 21st Century"
- Theme II: "The notary and the natural person"
The UINL Notariats Members are currently nominating their national rapporteurs, who work in collaboration with the international coordinator of each theme to finalize the work to be presented at the Congress.
