12/04/2023 The UINL has published, in partnership with the Lexis Nexis legal Review La Semaine Juridique - Notariale et Immobilière, a presentation of the Notariat of Brazil and a study on the digital platform “e-Notary”, created by and for the profession, allowing notarial authentification with online appearance.
With relevant guarantees in terms of authenticity and legal certainty, the digital platform, 100% notarial, is an interesting "land of future" for the notarial profession.
