12/09/2023 The Vietnam Notary Association welcomed in Hanoi the President of UINL, Lionel Galliez, and representatives of the French Notariat. They attended a conference entitled "Sharing international experiences on notarization", organized at the Hanoi Law University, and exchanged views on the guarantees provided by notaries in terms of legal certainty.
President Galliez also met Vietnam's Minister of Justice and members of the National Assembly's Law Commission to discuss political questions, such as notarial competences in real estate matters.

The Vietnam Notary Association welcomed in Hanoi the President of UINL, Lionel Galliez, and representatives of the French Notariat. They attended a conference entitled "Sharing international experiences on notarization", organized at the Hanoi Law University, and exchanged views on the guarantees provided by notaries in terms of legal certainty.
President Galliez also met Vietnam's Minister of Justice and members of the National Assembly's Law Commission to discuss political questions, such as notarial competences in real estate matters.
